Late Afternoon
circuit
1. Curls various styles 2x50x20,36
2. Close palm pushups with gh rotation 2x6,4
3. DB Curls Zottman 2x24x12,12
4. Close palm pushup 2x12,5
5. Hammer curls 2x16x25,25
6. DB OVHD Tri ext 2x16x12,10

1. Seated row prone grip lvl10x10,10,10,7,7
2. Pushups 4x10
3. Seated Row supinated grip lvl10x10,10,10,8,
4. Pushups hands outward 4x10
